Description

Auto Tire Recycling 5000 is the largest and highest-capacity end-of-life tire recycling plant offered by our company. It processes all types of tires, including OTR (off-the-road) tire chips and other rubber products, producing high-quality rubber crumb with minimal textile and steel cord impurities.

 

The rubber crumb manufactured using our equipment has diverse and promising applications. With effective marketing support and sales systems, it ensures rapid and stable marketability.

 

To produce 5 000 kg of rubber crumb per hour, the shredder requires ±5 970 kg of end-of-life tires. Since standard tires contain ±20% impurities (textile and steel cord), the output includes:

— Rubber crumb (graded into fractions): 5 000 kg/h

— Steel cord: ±700 kg/h

— Textile cord: ±300 kg/h

 

The resulting rubber crumb is automatically separated into fractions:

— 0mm–1mm: 470 kg/h

— 1mm–3mm: 1,830 kg/h

— 2mm–4mm: 2,300 kg/h

— 4mm–6mm: 400 kg/h

 

The system features 5 grinding stages. Steel cord removal occurs in three phases immediately after the second grinding stage. Textile cord is separated in three stages after final rubber grinding, using a dedicated textile vibration table and two cyclone dust collectors.

 

Mechanical shredding is a globally proven technology for recycling municipal solid waste. The resulting rubber crumb has strong market demand and is suitable for manufacturing new rubber-based products.

Equipment Workflow Stages

Visual inspection and removal of stones, bolts, screws, large metal elements, and other non-recyclable debris embedded in the tire tread during use.

Feeding tires into the Auto Tire Recycling 5000 line’s primary shredder hopper.

Primary shredded material is automatically separated and conveyed to secondary and tertiary grinding stages.

After secondary grinding, ≈60% of steel cord is removed via magnetic conveyors, extracting metal fragments exceeding 25 mm in length.

The Auto Tire Recycling 5000 features 4 next-generation crushers that process rubber into high-quality crumb. Key advantages: zero rubber dust/smoke, no heat degradation. Post-crushing, residual steel/textile cord removal begins.

After final grinding, material enters a cyclone dust collector to separate fine textile fibers and dust.

Rubber crumb then passes through a magnetic separator for comprehensive steel particle removal.

De-dusted crumb moves to a vibrating screen, where textile cord is eliminated via vibration, sieving, and pneumatic extraction.

Screened crumb is pneumatically conveyed to:
- A cyclone dust collector (final dust removal)
- A magnetic separator (deep steel purification)

Final stage: Crumb is classified into commercial fractions (0–0.1mm, 1–3mm, 2–4mm, 4–6mm) via a vibrating grading screen, then automatically bagged/sealed in sacks or big bags.

— Installation must be indoors with heating

— Unheated facility installations require manufacturer approval

— Include 10 mm expansion joints between foundation and existing floor
