Alligator-type hydraulic shears are used for rapid separation of worn tires into chips. They are employed at enterprises engaged in collecting, transporting, processing, and storing worn tires.

GN-1500 shears feature a compact design requiring no specialized construction work for installation or operation. Dimensions: 2800 × 700 × 1800 mm; weight ≤ 2100 kg.

Only an electrical power source is required. This enables transporting the shears to tire storage sites for pre-shipping size reduction. Cutting tires into small pieces before transportation increases bulk density, significantly reducing costs when shipping worn tires to recycling plants.
